DUCT CLEANING PROCEDURE

Take a look at the description of the procedure we follow for residential air duct cleaning:
A truck-mounted suction hose is used to remove all the dirt and debris from the main ducts in your home.
An 8- to 10-inch flex hose is connected to the main ducting generally close to the furnace.
All registers and grills in your home are air blown pushing dust and debris into the main duct.
The supply ducting has a specially designed air rod system and brush which are pushed down each secondary run to help blow and brush all dirt to the main duct.
The return ducting’s specially designed air whip system is pushed down each return air secondary run moving all dirt to the main duct.
Through one-inch access holes at key points, reverse air whip and air snake are inserted in the main duct to pull and push debris towards the suction point and out to the truck.
Any stubborn debris is dislodged manually through rotary brushes.
The mechanical components of the air handling unit are vacuumed and cleaned.
The access points of the main duct are sealed with one-inch plastic plugs. A thorough inspection is conducted to check the cleanliness of system.
